About Tate Law Offices

Tate Law Offices is a Texas law firm with a wealth of experience in the people working at the firm which consists of six attorneys and twelve legal assistants. With five office locations, we represent injured victims throughout the state of Texas who have been injured in car, truck, motorcycle, and pedestrian accidents every day of the week.

Our objective on every case is to put top dollar into our clients’ pockets. We do this by making sure our clients treat with quality medical doctors so their injuries are addressed medically and also to document the nature of the injury for their legal claim. We attempt to settle our clients’ claims first through settlement negotiations with the insurance companies in order to bring the cases to resolution as quickly and efficiently as possible. In some cases, however, the insurance company may not offer to pay the correct value for the case and in these situations we file a lawsuit against the at-fault driver with the goal of forcing the insurance company to pay fair value for the case.
